The projects described in Seer Frights books and on this website are provided for educational and creative learning purposes. All builds should be completed with appropriate supervision and care.

Important Safety Information

  • Active adult supervision is required for all electronics projects.
  • Use only low-voltage battery power (AAA batteries or USB battery packs).
  • Low-voltage devices. Use a USB battery pack or approved USB power adapter.
  • Soldering must be performed with proper ventilation and care.
  • Disconnect power immediately if components become hot, damaged, or incorrectly assembled.
  • Keep batteries, USB connections, and power packs dry and away from standing water.
  • Coin batteries can cause serious internal injury if swallowed. Seek immediate medical attention if ingestion is suspected.

7. Code & Firmware Use

8. Regulatory Compliance
Some projects use Wi-Fi–enabled devices containing radio components. You are responsible for ensuring that all components used comply with applicable safety, electrical, and radio regulatory standards in your jurisdiction (e.g., FCC, CE).
