Seer Warns is a series of twenty standalone literary psychological dramas set in one small American town. In each, a stranger with still hands sits down across from an ordinary person, names the exact cost of the choice they are about to make, and leaves. Every protagonist believes the warning, because the stranger knows the one thing only they could know. Every protagonist makes the choice anyway. No monster, no gore — the dread is in the arithmetic. Seer Frights is a Goosebumps-style middle-grade horror series for ages 8 and up — standalone scary books for kids who finished Goosebumps and want more of exactly that, and for the grown-ups who grew up on it. Every chapter ends on a scare; half are fake and half are real, and the reader never knows which until the page turns. Creepy, funny, bloodless, readable in any order. Five books are published.
